“freezing fog”…
Photo was taken from my back deck(gray-scale)…it is somewhat foggy outside…which is creating “freezing fog”…http://www.theweatherprediction.com/habyhints/359/ As you can see, the needles on this tree are weighted down…

the weather has a way of presenting awesome photos if we look! I did take a few photos but this tree is in my neighbor’s yard so the photo was taken from my deck and then cropped to zoom in!
