Oh, obviously I didn’t know that? From what I just read it is the city/castle area only that belongs to Britian? I enjoy learning something new…to be honest I probably learned this way back in high school…but that is a very long time ago. 🌞
I took a walk down memory lane and did the Wikipedia thing – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibraltar
First observation, the water looks nicer from the top than it used to 🙂
It is sometimes nice to take a walk down memory lane… Gibraltar looks beautiful!
Definitely looks like a place I would love to visit but I’m not a great flyer not sure I can stand being in the plane that long! There is so many places I would love to visit but i’d have to be sedated…😎 I have flown to Mexico to the Caribbean and that’s the longest time I’ve spent flying which was a maximum of five hours and that was a lot.
I absolutely love the water and boats…but…I have a motion/balance issue that even when under control won’t allow for me to swim or be in the water or in boat.
Spendid picture! Did you use any effects or it is as it is, gorgeous?

Hello Dana…thank you…no special effects…but I did enhance the intensity of the color.

Me too…I particularly love this color!

When I was a kid in Gibralter an old guy used to sell little cones of sunflower seeds toasted on a hot plate, I always think of that when I see them..

What a great childhood memory and fron Spain no less…😎

British soil strangely enough, still is. I suspect mainly because they do not want to be part of Spain.

How about boats? Still a valid means of transport

That would be limiting if you lived on a small island, lucky you 😀

That is one way to think about it… 🌞 I’m thankful I can drive a vehicle and fly although flying definitely has its challenges…

Makes your arms really tired I found..
