strange sky…
yesterday was a strange day, with the most unusual skies…changing from dark and moody to light and fluffy so quickly due to the strong winds!

wow I’d say thick clouds but that’s the weirdest formation I’ve seen yet 🙂

I know definitely weird…I’ve couple more photos to show from that day and in my opinion they are even more weird than this one! Maybe that is why I love cloud formations so much…we seem to have some of the most unusual formations in this area, not sure why that would be, but makes for great photos!

I love how the trees are leaning into the frame, contrasting with the clouds.

Thanks Bill…there are a number of large trees along this particular area and all are leaning like this…I rather like them as well!

A also find the sky so fascinating, Heather. It’s never the same twice; always on the move and can have a hundred different moods in a day. 🙂 Lovely pic.

Love this photo:) I saw a tree like this near the beach yesterday, but mine was kind of growing sideways, these look like they are being pushed by the wind ? Don Charisma

thanks Don…yes, the winds are very strong on Lake Nipissing at certain times of the day, often see trees like this along the shore line…but the other issue is the roots for this tree are in sand so that is also a negative In my mind.

Awesome photo … I’ll try and get a better shot of the tree I saw in thailand, I was busy photographing the sunset !
