I’ve been around…

I’ve been taking photos since the spring, but they have been different than what I usually take…for the most part the photos have been of veggies, fruit, artisan items and people.   I’m still not happy with my photos of people, but will persevere.

I’ve not posted nor visited much as time was limited for me.   That is coming to an end this week as the North Bay Farmers’ Market last day is this Saturday.   I intend to be around more at least I hope so!  It will be nice to take photos of landscapes, the lake, trees, etc., again.

    • No, I think I missed most of it…I’ve been so busy that I’ve observed it but not had the time to go out and capture it. This season we don’t have the vibrant reds that I love in the fall…more orange and yellow… 😦

Heather, I like these a lot! Especially the strawberries and the peppers.
Were you the Farmer’s Market director? or did you have a booth / stall??

    • Hey Laurie…I’m the Market Manager for two full time Markets, May to October. Hence all the veggie/fruit photos…I’m not happy with the crowd photos! 😉 I was a vendor at two separate Markets, North Bay for 7yrs and Rosseau Market for 8yrs, but I seemed to loose my creativity and wasn’t happy with what I was producing so left both and simply stopped creating. I was a jewelry designer and worked with silver for the last 4 years, my pieces have always been very unrefined, as far as I could get from a retail store items… it is all good, things work out the way they do for a reason!
